Individual 50-Minute Session

50-minute individual sessions with Courtney is a great way to make significant progress in your mental health journey. 50-Minute session are effective in-person or online. We will start with a free 15-minute Consultation and then plan your schedule moving forward. In some points of your journey you may want to have weekly sessions and other times less frequently.

Individual Intensives

Therapy can be compressed into short-term, focused sessions that help with trauma and anxiety in intensive sessions. Patients can achieve faster progress over several days or weeks. Intensives begin with a Free 15-minute consultation and can be followed up with  2-6 hour sessions (with breaks in between). Intensives are effective in-person and or online.

EMDR Intensives

Accelerate trauma healing with EMDR Intensives. EMDR offers focused sessions for processing trauma and building resilience to distressing memories by stimulating bilateral brain activity.
